Dear Customers,
We are pleased to inform you that we will be upgrading all our server's PHP from PHP4 to PHP5. As PHP4 has discontinued since 31 Dec 2007. It's time for us to move on to PHP5.
The upgrade will be performed on 1st of February 2008 (Friday) at night. A quick reboot on Apache will be needed for it to take effect.

We are proud to announce that we got ourself a new support staff to assist on our support ticket. I would like to introduce you to Ndee Lim. With another staff working together as a team, all the ticket will be responded faster than before. Let's welcome him onboard.

Dear Customer, We have place a automated ticketing support system to improve our support services. This will include the support email which will automatically pipe to this customer system. You will be able to view your invoice, update your detail and view your support ticket with one login. We hope this would bring more convenience to you. Thank you

A new webmail interface has been setup to cater all our customers, this interface is a user-friendly throughout all kinds of users and this will greatly improved the GUI available for all webmail program in the market. Only registered account with us is able to login through our interface. To add new email account, please login to your cpanel and do so. You can use your current login detail to access http://fajar.tanfwc.com/

We are able to accept PayPal payment from now onwards. For customer who like to make payment via PayPal, kindly log a support ticket with us and we will change your billing type to PayPal.
